RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.1 Video Documentation Requirement
-Mandatory Video Recording: Customers MUST record a video while opening the courier package upon delivery
-Complaint Timeline: Any complaints regarding the product must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by the unboxing video
-No Video = No Claim: Claims without proper video documentation will not be entertained

1.2 Eligible Replacement Conditions
Customers are eligible for product replacement ONLY in the following circumstances:
- The color of the received material is totally different from what was ordered
- The design/pattern is completely different from the product description
- If received worn or wrong measured fabric.

1.3 No Refund Policy
-Replacement Only: We operate a strict NO REFUND policy - only product replacement is available
-Same Product Replacement: Replacements will be provided with the same product/material only
-Color Variations: Minor color variations due to lighting effects, photography, or screen resolution are not grounds for replacement

1.4 Delivery-Related Issues
-No Refunds for Delays: We cannot initiate refunds for delayed orders as delivery timelines depend on our delivery partners
-Delivery Partner Responsibility: Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control

1.5 Refund Exceptions
Refunds will ONLY be initiated in the following circumstances:
- Your ordered item is out of stock and cannot be restocked

- Order cancellation by the company due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We kindly request our customers to note that we do not entertain any complaints related to freebies or discount coupons. All discount coupons are valid strictly until the date mentioned on them and cannot be redeemed beyond the specified period.

2. CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

For specific design requests, celebrity outfit replicas, or custom patterns:
-Prior Consultation Required: You must discuss your requirements over a phone call
-Design Submission: Send reference images/designs via WhatsApp
-Timeline Updates: We will provide regular updates during the creation process
-No Returns on Custom Orders: Custom-made products are strictly not  eligible for return or replacement (Booking amount 50% , rest of the amount before shipping).
- We can make theme basis and special collection for wedding or any other occasions.
