2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We specialize in selling high-quality unstitched handmade  suits material including fabrics for suits, dupattas, lehengas, and sarees. All products are sold as unstitched material only.

Important Notice: Customers must carefully read all product detail information, including material composition, care instructions, and fabric specifications before placing an order. We provide detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision.

3. CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

For specific design requests, celebrity outfit replicas, or custom patterns:
-Prior Consultation Required: You must discuss your requirements over a phone call
-Design Submission: Send reference images/designs via WhatsApp
-Timeline Updates: We will provide regular updates during the creation process
-No Returns on Custom Orders: Custom-made products are strictly not  eligible for return or replacement (Booking amount 50% , rest of the amount before shipping).
- We can make theme basis and special collection for wedding or any other occasions. 

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Order Acceptance: 

- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS .

4.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before order processing
- We accept UPI, razorpay, debit/ credit card.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

4.3 Pricing and Availability
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed until order confirmation.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Policy
- Processing time: 7 to 10 days  but not applicable on hand made variety.
- Shipping charges apply as per location and weight.

5.2 Delivery Terms:

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- OTP security: DO NOT share your one time password with delivery partner over the phone calls or before the package is physically handed over to you. Only provide the OTP upon successful receipt of your order to ensure secure delivery. 

6. PRODUCT CARE AND LIABILITY

6.1 Material Care
- Follow care instructions provided with each product
- We are not responsible for damage due to improper care
- Color bleeding or shrinkage due to improper washing is not our responsibility

6.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the product.
- We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
- Color variations due to monitor settings or lighting are not manufacturing defects.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Unauthorized use or reproduction of hand made variety is strictly prohibited, it is subject to copyright.

- Provide order number, video evidence, and clear description of the problem.
- We will respond within 24 hours business days( except saturday-sunday)

9.2 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of  Mohali Jurisdiction.
- Any disputes will be resolved through mutual disscustion and understanding.
